For all of those who feel like me- let's all complain about this company here: in web- report fraud (search this in google, and there is web you can complain about them so maybe they will be deleted if we collect enough complaints) i just find out that they are using my personal data without any permission. seems this company stole my data from someone, i never approved my data to appear in their site, yet it is there. and maybe they sell it? bad "company"

I would give -5 if I could for stealing data from people (including me) and publishing it without obtaining consent.

Infobel has listed my personal name and home address without my consent. I am curious who is selling this information to Infobel and why they display this information without my knowledge or consent. I plan to file a lawsuit against infobel if my name is not removed in 48 hours. This is outrageous and a breach of privacy law against any human kind.

This website has listed my company on their platform with out consent. They have also used an unlinked mobile phone as a contact number.

Net een telefoon gekregen op mijn PRIVE mobiel nummer van een callcenter die tuinartikelen aan de man brengt in opdracht van een Westvlaams tuinbedrijf. Volgens hen hebben ze mijn prive info verkregen op een GDPR rechtmatige manier via INFOBEL. Met andere woorden INFOBEL verkoopt jouw prive gegevens op een onrechtmatige manier zonder jouw toestemming. Totaal ongepast!

Illegale praktijken, zij verkopen ongewenst data uit de KvK door, ook al staat er bij KvK een vinkje dat het adres niet gebruikt mag worden voor commerciele doeleinden en non-mailingindicator. Die data wordt vervolgens gebruikt voor ongewenste reclame, dat is illegaal in Europa. Infobel is op de hoogte maar blijft dit doen. Wat een laag misbruikend bedrijf: typisch voorbeeld van jezelf verrijken ten laste van anderen. Die mensen verdienen celstraf, en geen winst of klanten. Tel maar op, weet je hoeveel tijd en last dit de samenleving kost. Daarom maken we afspraken en wetten, en daar moeten we ons met zijn allen aan houden, ook Infobel. En bedrijven boycotten die lak aan je hebben.

A dubious company that listed my name and linked it to a business likely to be fake and that I of course have no association with. All this without my consent. How can they even still be in business given the number of similar sounding reviews on Trustpilot? When I gave them a chance to immediately remove this nonsense from their site they sent me an automated response from a noreply email address asking me to click on a link and fill in a form. Me clicking on a link from this phony company? No way. They have already shown disregard for data privacy. I give them another 48 hrs. After that: an official complaint with GDPR.

You posted my unsolicited details online. I filled out your form to get it removed and yet the data is still there. Why would ANYONE buy ANYTHING from you. Not only is your data unsolicited, but it's also incorrect! Tip for consumers: Just jump on Facebook and see all the people who try to contact Infobel to get their details removed. Do you REALLY want to buy THAT data? Good luck with your marketing if you do.

Infobel advertises my private former address! The website option to amend information or register is a cruel farce, as it is in inaccessible by design; I imagine this may cover them legally.

Just keeps sending these really odd emails

Nooit gevraagd om mijn gegevens op deze website te plaatsen, zonder toestemming gebeurde dit en weliswaar foutieve info met privé gegevens. Ik stelde herhaaldelijk de vraag deze gegevens te verwijderen. Er werd me meermaals beloofd dat dit spoedig zou gebeuren, telkens kom ik tot de vaststelling dat er geen gegevens verwijderd worden. Zeer trieste website en een totaal gebrek aan professionaliteit.
