Easy to use web site, where there more than enough colour and style to choose. The tile / price calculator is brilliant. Delivery was quick, quality was a lot better than then you get from the diy stores. But icing on the cake was reading the instructions on the can of spray adhesive (you have got to buy one to find out what it says)

We bought carpet tiles, the customer care team on the end of the phone were polite, friendly and knowlegable, they were delivered promptly, within a week of ordering. The carpet tiles are good quality at a very reasonable price, needless to say we are very pleased with our purchase, we will use again.

I was impressed with choice of color and tiles order was delivered when I was told.I laid them my self with no trouble at 74 if I can any one can they have been down a while still look good easy to clean.

Fast delivery, easy to order recommend

Took a cold call from them after not buying on the website, stupidly bought something that wasnt suitable. Would not refund or exchange despite this being advertised and quoted some obscure terms and condition on why I couldnt. Lots of shifting Blame to different departments. Waiting for a manager call back for over a week. Spent over a £100 for something that is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS
