United Kingdom | 28 May 2020No customer service. Have ordered 2 boxes of tiles from their green and lime section. Received 2 boxes of grey blue tiles. Asked to exchange for a different tile and was told their supplier would charge too much to take them back and I should have ordered a sample. Now asking for a full refund. Update despite the above the company did go on to fully rectify all issues to my satisfaction.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2020If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. We initially got a huge amount of carpeting done in our business with them about 4 months ago. It was hard work with wrong products arriving, having choose different products on the fly due to confirmed products not being in stock and some fitters coming to estimate who didn't measure in straight lines, or seem to know what they were doing. Nonetheless we rolled with it as we were short of time and needed the job doing and had come this far and most of it was pretty good. That being said, the carpets which claim to recover from castors etc in 24 hours don't, and once a chair of any kind has been on them, look awful. One job was left on hold as they couldn't get the product. 1 job we had to ask them to hold temporarily as we had some issues with the room in question. As it was they would never have had time to do it anyway as not enough time had been booked (they said 3 days initially then only came for 2). They then came back to do that room and we bolted on 2 more jobs and it all spiralled downhill very quickly. They failed to adequately survey what needed doing, partly due to not asking the right questions, and thus didn't allow the fitters enough time to do the job, so one of the jobs they couldnt do. As for the bathrooms, they booked them in for a morning, failing to appreciate that the screed needed 24 hours to set. They do this job every day! The fitter pulled up the old lino, laid the screed and THEN declared that we couldnt use it for 24 hours and they'd have to come back to lay the lino. Which he said he didn't have time for before Christmas. Sorry what now?! We run a business! After multiple disgruntled conversations, the fitter was forced to come back before Christmas but clearly was annoyed so has burnt the lino, left dirty marks all over it which we can't get off (adhesive?), put a double join in the middle of the room (apparently because they didn't send enough lino, which may be why it's not at the rear, but it could be to the right rather than the centre) and failed to finish it properly. It's a joke. The ladies isn't much better. They still haven't completed the room they didn't have time for and we've now cancelled the room upstairs as can't keep going through this chaos. I've asked them to come and review the work that's been completed and draw up a plan of action to resolve the issues. They won't send someone. I've also stated that I wish to speak to their boss, Dean, but apparently he's too busy to speak to customers and has refused to call me. Has he? I don't know. Seems an odd way to run a business, especially with a customer who's spent 5 figures with them. Instead, they wish for me to send YET ANOTHER EMAIL with YET MORE PICTURES telling them what needs to be done and what materials we have. (I've already sent multiple). Right, so you want me to do a site survey. I'm not qualified for that. Send someone to review - but they won't. So there you have it. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. Their customer service is bad, their fitters are disgruntled, they don't plan enough time for jobs, instead expecting the fitters to work in excess of 12 hours a day to get things squeezed in, or just drop jobs they don't have time for, and worst of all, apparently the manager isn't interested in talking to customers who have had bad experiences and where they've failed to deliver - and repeatedly the customer has tried to be understanding and bend and wait etc etc. Dean - I hope you see this, please call me so we can find a way to resolve this.

United Kingdom | 21 November 2017Cancelled order within a few days of ordering. That was on 26 October. Now 20 November and NO RETURN OF MONEY. Order was not even packed- never mind dispatched! So over £800 pounds for a product that never left them. Have contacted them numerous times as they are now in breach of the 14 day refund regulations set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Trading Standards next port of call. Steer clear.

United Kingdom | 03 May 2017Whilst i haven't yet fitted these carpet tiles I can assure you the quality is excellent. I needed something that can withstand the bath times of a toddler and it was very difficult to actually find a product suitable for my needs. I compared products with leading DIY suppliers and was disappointed in choice, colours available, quality and particularly prices in these stores. These arrived promptly, delivery costs were very reasonable (in my opinion) and I am extremely happy that I found this site. I have recommended this company to friends and family alike and I will most certainly purchase from them again.
