I was so wary of engaging with Rightful Claims / Worthington Clark - for months, if not a couple of years finally, but I needn't have worried. They honoured all promises and I ultimately received more funds than I expected. I encourage anyone to engage with Worthington Clark in all confidence. Worthington Clark let us know of some shares that belonged to our father who had passed away about 10 years ago. It took them a while, but they estimated for us what they thought the shares were worth and what they would recover. They quoted for the job and their quote was very close to the actual outcome, so 5 stars for that part. The 4/5 stars is only that it took longer than they intially said, but from a trust persepctive I would consider them an honest company to deal with.

Was concerned that the company Rightful Claims are based in Australia, however there are good reviews available relating to Worthington Clark which gave me confidence to go ahead with the claim. The claim was paid up in full after eight weeks and I was kept informed during the whole process
