I felt very assured that all documentation was appropriate and necessary. Delays due to Aust regulations were however constant and I have asked W.C. to maintain communication with clients to keep us better informed and up to date regarding the length of time or delays in the process.

Their team was super persistent about tracking down some shares and assets I had forgotten about. It took months, but they never gave up. Simon Bligh, the CEO, even came to my house to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was a lifesaver when it came to getting all the paperwork sorted out. I can honestly say I didn't think I'd ever see that money again, so it means a lot that they made it happen.

I read reviews and Googled the hell out of the company and decided chance it. I wasn't disappointed. It was so straight forward and all I had to do was get a few things notorised. Communication was great, people were friendly and easy to deal with. I noticed on the reviews that someone was unhappy with the 25% finders fee. Well 75% of something is a whole lot better than 100% of nothing. It was only a matter of a few weeks from sending the paperwork, to the money being in my bank. Thank you Worthington Clark.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025I received a letter stating that I had unclaimed assets and then a couple of days later I was cold called on my mobile (have to wonder where they got my mobile number from). When I took another look at the letter, and the address which was stated (where the assets were supposedly linked to), I have never even heard of the address, and to be honest I had to look on Google to see where the address actually was. I did say to the gentleman that I thought it was spam and obviously when I took another look at the letter, it confirmed it.

Day 1 a letter offering their services (tracked and 24 hour post), Day 2 (less than 24 hours had passed and i was cold called on my mobile, told them please cease and remove me from their details that i did not give them permission to obtain or cold call me. Day 4. i received yet another letter from them (same letter from day 1) again tracked and 24 hours so was clearly sent day 3. They charge 33% for their claims, and their approach feels the same as those PPI and Accident cold callers. Completely put me off considering them with their "sales approach" even after I explained they were causing me pain by doing this. No sensitivity given this is regarding my late parents estate.
