Ho partecipato al tour KUMANOKODO, due settimane di viaggio splendide. Abbiamo visitato OSAKA KYOTO NARA E TOKYO, oltre appunto al bellissimo trekking del kumanokodo. Dario è sempre stato molto gentile simpatico e disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Nella giornata del 19/11/24 io e altri 4 viaggiatori abbiamo scelto di “ staccarci” dal gruppo ed abbiamo fatto un escursione al monte Fuji , tappa che secondo me non dovrebbe mancare in questo tipo di viaggio.. magari fare una notte in meno a Tokyo , e fermarsi una notte nella zona del fuji , dove abbiamo visitato anche le tipiche case giapponesi con i tetti di “paglia” , e poi proseguire per Tokyo. Tranne questo suggerimento, per tutto il resto devo dire tutto molto ben organizzato. Sicuramente lo consiglierei a chi vuole venire in Giappone.

This company cancelled our holiday one day before we were due to fly to Australia .It transpires that they cancelled a segment of the booking a day before we were due to fly but blamed the airline.We had to call and email the company on a daily basis and eventually received a full refund which took approximately 4 weeks.This refund did not make up for the fact that they were responsible for the cancellation.I would not use this company again.They supposedly have an office in London this is not true it is closed. They even stated that they would pursue the airline for compensation on our behalf rubbish! We have sent numerous emails as regards this compensation they do not even respond.

The people who have gave 5star reviews are obviously fake people. My nephew booked holiday he got palmed off with crap (managers not in , no 1 else can deal with it) lies lies lies . How the hell are they gettin away with ripping people off .

How many people have actually got their money back and I mean all of it without a payment plan? Please respond.

I had to get my money back through legal proceedings. I used court enforcement services, very good company and service. 01992 666 396 As soon as they received this legal letter I got my money back.

Ho atteso 2 mesi prima di scrivere la recensione per dare un giudizio a freddo, ponderato e digerire il lunghissimo viaggio. Il Giappone è un paese diverso, difficile, Tommaso ci ha accompagnato per mano per vedere tutto quanto era possibile nei pochi giorni a disposizione. Grande la sua capacità di variare l'itinerario anche all'ultimo momento in relazione alle condizioni atmosferiche e gli imprevisti. Ottima conoscenza della lingua e della storia. Booked with them last year June, I spent £1.5 for a long haul travel. Everything was going good till 1 week before travelling in dec. I couldn’t check in, when calling they told me they were having a glitch but it should be fine along as I. “Tell them my name at the airport”. Which is a very weird way to check in, considering everything is digital. Alarm bells started ringing and I started chasing them up urgently, eventually 3 days before ‘flying out’ they finally answered my calls and said my flight was cancelled! After screaming and shouting down the phone, (especially since they didn’t want to tell me) they said they’ve gone BANKRUPT. I asked for a refund and that’s when they went AWOl. Didn’t hear from them again. Sadly I had to book a new flight (over 2k). Next time won’t book with a travel agency who ask to send money to 2 different separate accounts and not ATOL protected.

I also was left out of pocket by this company, due to having to psy for another flight when a seaplan was late from Maldives due to bad weather and made is miss flight from Mali, they sorted out etickets for a flight next day and told me i had to pay a supplement ( this was a package holiday) the eticket issued was false docs, and airline stated there was no booking. We were being left in Mali unless i paod for new flight at a cost of £800 on top of supplemet for new flight i jad already paid. I tried to get refund but they told me i woild get a voucher, tried to use this on a flight, was told it had to be long haul all inclusive, impossible to use as i woidnt pay a penny more to this company. James was my main correspondent, but he pretended to dissappear for a while . They are crooks avoid

Absolute shambles. Initial process was very promising but they failed to deliver our holiday. Only reason we found out was calling the airline company to find out we were never booked on the flight. Accommodation only provisionally booked and again not paid for. All this discovered only 3 days prior leaving, devastated is an under statement. Now they don’t have the decency to answer any calls/email/text Please do not use this company

Does anyone else want to join in the litigation against Blueberry Travel for taking their monies and not providing their holidays. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are fraudsters. After standing at the check in desk with my husband and 3 children, we were turned away with fraudulent tickets, we drove to their “company office” of where we brought the tickets!! It was a scummy house, with all blinds and curtains shut!!!! The devastation was awful!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Wating for refund becuase i was pregnant and high risk even paid the cancellation fee, still no money? Since new year all communication has stopped! British Airways flight and Maldives hotels, cancelled due to NON PAYMENT by BLUEBERRY TRAVELS to service providers !! All forms of communications were ignored and no response !! "WhatsApp, email, telephone or Webchat" Paid by direct debit, so bank say unable to assist due to this form of payment = £12K stolen !!! No Holiday just like others 😭 Actionfraud advised and citizen advise case raised, trading standards advised, Not ABTA or CAA registered ATOL number connected to 3 companies - Blueberry Travels and 2 others Legal action taken, solicitors ignored, money claim ignored to High court writ granted., baliffs instructed and attended address a few times and now debt management agency working on behalf of blueberry travels ltd and offered a payment plan over next 5 yrs to repay money !! Holiday for significant life event ruined, upset, disappointment etc not compensated. **BEWARE DO NOT USE **

Fraudulent documents provided and left us with no tickets or flights. We didn’t know this until standing at the check in desk. Also , the positive reviews here appear to all Bots / not genuine.

SCAMMERS They were quick to take my money on 02/12/23 for return flights to Columbia but as it transpired they never actually booked the flights. I've called them everyday to request information on my refund to no avail. They fob me off everytime! So far i've spoken to Eddie and Roger. Beyond upset and angry. Beware!

Booked a two week holiday to Maldives back in 2021 ready for 2025, direct debit payments were taken, had copies of flight details etc, everything looked great. Circs changed and I lost my job, been in contact when they can be bothered to reply, since August 2023 trying to get a refund on the £2300 we’ve paid and it’s sat there doing nothing, we cancelled the holiday in May 2022, and it’s excuse after excuse, sick and tired of this, disgraceful company and no help at all with regards getting the money back I’ve paid in advance for the holiday, ignore my emails, txt on Facebook messenger and WhatsApp. NEVER trust this company.

I had booked my flight tickets from my end and my payment had gone through but this company never booked it through airline and I was shocked to know this after few days so I asked them why my ticket was never booked he said there were some error so I dint feel safe and asked him to refund my amount , first they said I can’t refund the amount ryt away they asked me for one months time I said okay after that few months later I had to call n ask them to give my money they said the company dint pay them n after few day I called n fired them up they gave my money but still few amount is left I am so helpless that I am being asking for my own money from past 8 months .
