I’d like to start of by saying that I have received excellent customer service thus far, especially by James Franklin from blueberry travels. I’ve been on many holidays previously with different travel agencies however this has by far been the most welcoming and attentive service as I have had to cancel/ rearrange on many occasions - changing my requests etc and he has always gone above and beyond to assist me. I am very happy with all the help and guidance James has provided me with and I have managed to book an all inclusive holiday to Dubai and Maldives at an impressive price. I will most definitely be doing a follow up review on my return but honestly can’t fault the service so far, thank you James! 😊

Had a great experience so far with booking my holiday. Amazing deal and helped guide me. I was one of those annoying customers who kept asking a 1000 questions. But the lady was so helpful and assisted me. I’ll definitely use these guys from now on booking my holidays. Although it’s not till 2022 I will definitely be keen to leave a review after my trip :)

I booked a holiday in october 2020 ,for may 2021 and paid the suggested deposit ,I was assured at the time that if any issues with covid were ongoing nearer the time I would get a full deposit of the payment I had made . I just want to praise blueberry travels especially James senior manager, and crystal my travel rep, for dealing with my request for a refund ,very promptly, and james was very sympathetic with my covid concerns at this present moment as it's only 6 weeks before I would of "departed " on the holiday and feeling anxious rather then excited, but james assured me that he would endeavour to find the original holiday later in the year at the price I was originally quoted I'd like to assure anyone who may be thinking about booking a holiday with blueberry travels your in very safe and friendly hands at all times :-)

I feel so looked after with blueberry Travels, nothing is too big a job for them if anything needs amending with holiday etc. James is so lovely and you can tell this company value their customers. Outstanding customer service one again thank you James x

We received a 5 star service from Bluberry Travels and would definitely recommend. Justin and James went above and beyond in helping us to book a magical trip to the Maldives at the beginning of December. All aspects of the holiday were seamless, from the flight, to the seaplane,to check in at our hotel, all due to the hard work and planning of Justin and James. They reassured us throughout the process and were so flexible with the constant changes to travel regarding covid. Justin also communicated via WhatsApp once we arrived at our resort just to check everything was going well. Very impressed!

Sadly due to the pandemic we haven’t yet managed to go on our holiday as we have had to postpone but Justin was amazingly helpful in organising our booking and even more helpful in arranging the postponement!!
