I recently spotted an advertisement for the Maldives. This is a place we really want to visit for our birthdays next year. I sent a private message to Blueberry travels on their website for details. Crystal was my main point of contact, I requested an alternative method of asking questions/advice etc. Crystal gave me an alternative and was very helpful at this stage. I then used the alternative and quicker method, Crystal politely requested how i could be assisted. I gave a few details, budgets, locations etc. I requested the Maldives, the information I received were videos, photos, a range of accommodation and areas. The information was excellent. If i was interested in the holiday, Crystal then sent me the details, including flight information, prices, transfers, baggage, the all inclusive information, and gave me time to look at these with occasional requests to see if any more support was required. I asked a few more rando questions about the accommodation and surrounding areas and things to do, Crystal was happy to provide this information. Questions were answered in good time throughout contact, when my partner and myself agreed the holiday we wanted, payment was agreed we are happy with, and now we are all set for our dream holiday. Crystal has been brilliant throughout the process and I am really thankful to Crystal and the company and comes highly recommended. Thanks again.

Having always opted to use the mainstream holiday providers as I was always worried that smaller business' would be extortionate and push you to make a sale. I could not have been more wrong.
