The only time one order took longer was that Blumberg had a question on it, and still I had it within three days. Blumberg is in NY and we are in California! Thank you for such good and fast service. Blumberg Excelsior has maintained the quality service over the years. A correction was need on my recent purchased placed on line. I call customer service and the correction was made. Very helpful and very prompt service, something that is not happening very often lately.

It was hard to order the items with the imprint that we have used for years, on line. I still have not received my full order. I only received Item # 2327. I also ordered Item #2310 and Item # 2312. Item # 2310 was not available to use our previously ordered imprint, so we had to go with a generic Times new Roman imprint. We were not happy. However, as mentioned, we have yet to receive two of the items that we ordered. The actual ones that we are running low on.

The Blumberg website is clear and easy to use. We received our order promptly (quicker than anticipated from New York to Arizona). Our firm has never been disappointed in the service Blumberg has provided.
