After my initial contact with customer service, Ann called me back to let me know that I would be given full credit for the item that I had ordered by mistake and that the correct item would be sent. Ann was kind and articulate, quite a rarity these days. Because of her, I had a very pleasant experience with the customer service department at Blumberg Excelsior. One I will not soon forget!
