I still have not received my corporate kit

I am a little disappointed in that I thought the binder would be foil-stamped. I would have paid more for a leather D-ring binder. I have 3 more companies to form in this year. I'll keep looking.

Ordering online is never good, I either get to much or two little, to me it appears that the order was duplicated.

Product great would have liked it a little sooner and not to have to sign for it since it didn't cost that much. But I understand why you would have me sign and you can't always depend on delivery.

Blumberg is always efficient and gets their product out exceptionally fast and accurate. We receive our orders in just a few days.

1. Extra charge was added for an item without asking, explaining, or showing in advance. 2. Therefore, my online account still shows the original price I authorized to pay, but a paper copy of invoice delivered with actual products shows an increased amount of price. 3. The delivered products did not include items that were introduced in the website as it should be included as default. 4. I called customer service and the operator transferred me to the "staff who is in charge of the matter;" left a voice message; and have not heard back from anyone. 5. In conclusion, nothing has been resolved.

A staff member called me to double-check a change I had made compared to our previous order. This was above and beyond what I expected. Great job!
