In requesting incorporating a business in Oklahoma, we were not informed that it could take up to 7 days for OK to process the application. Not being kept informed was disturbing, especially since I have only had very good experiences with Blumberg.

Working with Blumberg was good. Things happened quickly and efficiently which made me feel good. Two sticking points 1 - rather than being asked to sign and submit the Tax ID and S-Corp documents I was asked to fill them out completely and send back. Isn’t that what I’m paying you for? There were questions I didn’t know how to answer which resulted in delays. 2 - everything but the certificate of incorporation was 3-hole punched and the binder has no pockets to put things. So now I either go buy a 3 hole punch or keep this document in a separate accordion folder. Both inconveniences in what could have been an overall stellar experience. Best, Andrew

Excellent customer service

This was my first time buying from blumberg, so I was a bit nervous. I ordered the Ex Libris LLC Kit. I was very excited they ship out their products fast and at your door in no time. When it arrived I got this amazing Brown corporate record book with gold lettering. I love my purchase and would recommend it to anyone in the market. Money well spent on my end.

I have an issue with the stamps. When I press them on the foil, the imprint is very light and you can hardly see it. My corporate stamps made by you are easily read, better by far. Is there help for this issue? Dave Beasley
