Your products are excellent. Sometimes it is hard to find a specific product with the item number. For example, we have a box of Engraved "Will" Covers, the item number on the box is 2303. When you type in 2303, you get 11 choices. Unless you know specifically what the product looks like, it is hard to determine which it the correct product. I do the supply ordering for the firm and am not necessarily familiar with each product needed.

You did not ship to the address requested. Don't your people read the instructions. Retrieve the package from UPS and ship to the address I requested or I will contact Amex to have the charges reversed.

A Blumberg Associate went above and beyond by calling to ensure my order for a corporate book was properly placed, as I had an error on my order. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I've ordered dozens of corporate kits over the years, as well as other supplies such as Will kits. The very few times I had issues they were corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. Service is also very fast! Would give more stars if I could!

The product was not what was I thought I was ordering. When inquiry was made about a return, it was learned that there would be a restocking fee, which made it cheaper to not return the product and instead dispose of it. Very disappointing!
