Fast service and great product

Well I ordered some new lures in October and just received some of them yesterday 12/8/21 and others are on the way. Not sure what happened on why it took so long to get the lures.

Placed my order. Initially, received everything fast and prompt as promised except for the rod as it was coming from a supplier's warehouse. Waited several days without and word or notification.. I eventually called up to see what was going on and almost immediately got a rep. The rep explained the delay and offered to switch out the original rod for a similar rod of the same make and model that was for the same price without any charge. The rod arrived two to three days later and I can't wait to start using it next year.

i received my order the day after i ordered it. tackle direct is the best. unfortunately i had to return the reel. i ordered left hand by mistake. tracking says you should get it today,and then you will send me the right hand version. i worked it out with Brendon he was very helpfull. cant wait to get my new reel thanks

The merchandise arrived on time and in good condition

Item said 7-14 business days when I placed order, nearly 2 months later it finally shipped, and arrived with scratches all over it. Didn't bother returning because of how long it took to get. EDIT: Tyler from tackle direct gave me a call after reading my review and he made things right and gave me a partial credit back towards my combo. I am very pleased with their willingness to correct things.
