I cancelled this order. You should not have accepted my order. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, I called the manufacturer of the product and was informed they discontinued making the product in 2020.

It took over 3 weeks to get a simple order. Should have had this many problems. I used a coupon so Tackle Direct decided to send it the slowest way possible which included handing it off to two different carriers.

As usual everything arrives very quickly and well packed. never an issue and that is what I like.

Received item before expected date

The measurements were not accurate in the description. The product was larger than described so I had to make some adjustments. Overall a great product though

Unfortunately,the original order was delivered damaged. I ordered a travel rod and the the tip was broke even though it seemed well protected. I followed the instructions and TackleDirect sent out the new rod after they received the damaged one. I was happy with the companies response.

Delivery was a little slow but it came within a decent time frame.

Awesome reel, very smooth, ton of drag, plus it looks killer. Its pulling double duty surf/offshore. There was a slight delay with shipping it overall very satisfied 👍
