United States | 03 January 2024I have previously ordered from SoloCigars on a number of occasions with a great experience. I ordered Montecristo #2, which I have ordered previously without issue. This time, the order I received was in suspicious packaging. Upon opening, it was clear that the cigars were counterfeit (inconsistently shaped, wrapper poor relative to actual Montecristos, smoke poor). I have reached out to my Account Manager to fix the problem multiple times with no response.
