Dear Sir, finally , I just received the cigar box but unfortunately more than 5 Cigars totally damaged. I am sending you a picture of the damaged cigars.

NO STARS !!!!! I ordered2 boxes of cigars Montecristo Open Eagle and No STARS..!!!! I ordered Montecristo Open Eagle and Hoya de Monterey La Hoya de San Juan #SC56066 for $541 on July 13th. I was told the order was lost and they didn't have the cigars in stock. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING SINCE I HAVE A GATHERING OF 20 MEN THAT I WAS TO SUPPLY WITH YOUR CIGARS. You have put me in a VERY BAD situation since I now have to find another supplier , on EXTREMELY SHORT NOTICE!!!! hoya de Monterey

Pretty good up to now. The only two negative things are that I can"t order wile my package its on transit and I can"t get an invoice to my company,

Customer service was great. The cigars are fake Cubans. Different sizes on the Bolivar and labels don't look real at all. Montecristo No 2 had a label upside down. Highly doubt these are real Cubans
