I love this website. I've been using it for about 2 years now. The writers are excellent writers and they always have the work on time. Though, I only wish the writers were more communicative with the customer. Sometimes they seem dry or act like they just want to get the job done. Although this is good.....but they should be more communicative. And then it can get pricey sometimes. As a student, it shouldn't be that way. It's rare that I get a discount. But other than these 2 cons....the writers are excellent writers! I wish they have an app soon!!

bad experience

I was charged a large amount for very little work that did not follow the instructions and left me in a lurch of time.

Some of the work I asked for was all up to standard as I asked. Just one Assesy wasn't right I can't get it replaced. It was for a Sernio in third person view of Sabatian Faulks.

They help you get started but You will always need to rewrite the paper. Their grammar skills are awful. If you have a writer that misses a deadline you do not have the opportunity to give them a bad review. Also some writers write at an elementary level. Just know a page is 250-275 words and if you have a writer that writes at the elementary level, you will have to change quite a bit up. I had a paper that was 3-4 pages long and I paid for 4 pages but because they count words, they only wrote 2 1/2 pages and filled it with a lot of small words like, a, an, is, it, the to complete the number of words. I know I have to rewrite when I use them except that I paid for 4 pages and really only got for 2 1/2 pages. When I brought it to the supervisor attention he argued with me that the writer met the number of words. So if you find a good writer stick with them because most of them are not writers.

I never want to use this service again. With my experience I can say amateurism, unprofessionalism, you will not get what you paid for. They promised genuine work for a short time, that just isn't true. From out of 6 works two were acceptable (one was really good), three with completely missed answers. each time after the revision was even worse. completely wasted money. the last time after 3 revisions and 2 days of overdue, I got the work completely unusable again. fraudsters!!!!! and they just spin you in a circle and apologize and promise to be better, and asked for more money.
