I had the worst experience with Studymoose and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I ordered 2 essays and both was really bad, not what I asked for. The first I thought was ok but was not after revision of essays in the class. But the second one was not at all what I asked for ,first of all I chosen a different writer and they gave me another one. The writer didn’t communicate too much , no questions about how the essay need to be written and after 2-3 days I got an email that the essay is complete. I checked and was not what I wanted, I asked for a review of the essay and nothing happened. After few days I asked to get a refund because I was not happy with the essay and the review was not done yet and straight away they review the essay, actually was the same, but they sent the mail that the essay was reviewed and that they cannot refund my money because they transferred the money to the writer and that the essay was complete . So, I left with an 2 essay which are good to throw them in the bin and with the money taken . They don’t care if customers are not happy. Really disappointed and frustrated. Even I have left money in the account and they didn’t refund it, didn’t answer to my email. Really bad! I never experienced something like that. They just took more than €200 and done nothing good! I hope this will help more customers not give them money for nothing!!!!

The are in a way publishing plagariesd content. I was horrified to see a confidential letter of mine published on their site as an esaay. I have must have used their site to check for plagiarism , and they have published my letter. This site is bull**** update: they also operating with a different name paperap.com

I think it is a fairly good service. At first I was reluctant because I had some troubles at the beginning when I decided to try them: didn’t find my login in the inbox. But the support staff was very helpful, they promptly re-sent me the login and were very supportive throughout the entire order process. Got my paper in time. It needed some little revision, but decided to do it myself. Actaually I've got what I've paid for. Don’t think I’ll have such tricky tasks in future, but if I will - I’ll contact them again.
