Cow hide was good but package should include a paid invoice statement. This is normal business practice in the UK.

Having never previously heard of this company I was a little apprehensive about ordering from them. However my wife had seen a rug that she liked for our living room, the price was very competitive so we decided to give them a try. Arrived in a rather scrappy cardboard box with no packaging or protective tissue or anything. Just a folded up rug in a box. Felt a bit ‘ebay’. Also wouldn’t describe the rug I received as large - it was medium to small. Fine but not a premium or even normal level of delivery. But a good price and arrived in good time.
