My cowhide and doorstop are both excellent. My only criticism is that they arrived very poorly packaged - it was a battered, broken cardboard box with nothing to protect the contents. I'm lucky they hadn't been damaged on their journey.

Really happy with the service provided, I called to discuss products and dealt with individual that could not have been any more helpful, he arranged for next morning delivery. Once received I was very happy with rug and ordered another which i received the following day.

Our rug went AWOL for a few days as we missed a delivery slot and it went into the UPS delivery 'black hole'....Cowhiderugs instantly offered a full refund if it wasn't delivered. it was in fact delivered 2 days later by UPS (who were actually very efficient) . It looks wonderful, but I was very impressed by the instant no quibbles refund offer, had we had a problem.

Ordered two hides and over the moon with both. The web pictures do not do them justice as they are far more vibrant than pictures suggest. Fast and efficient service by cowhiderugslondon and well priced. I will certainly use again and happy to recommend.

The rug was shipped next day and arrived the following day. Brilliant for impatient householder! I'm no expert on the quality of hide rugs but I am delighted with it. The colour and pattern are lovely, the photographs on the website, although good don't do it justice.
