Was a bit wary ordering on line but prices were good and so were reviews so decided to risk it. Was a little worried that the picture of the rug I wanted to purchase might not reflect the actual product when it arrived, but again I trusted other people's reviews that it would be . The whole transaction from ordering to delivery was very good. Straight forward easy to understand website, good email communication from the company and kept up to date regarding delivery . All in all, very happy with the rug, and would definitely recommend the company
