I wanted to buy a specific hide for a friend for her 50th birthday. It had to be only black & white, I had an English breed in mind but couldn't find it anywhere to buy. I telephoned the Cow hide company and had a chat with a lovely lady who assured me of the quality of their hides. She explained that if I couldn't get to Twickenham that If I chose a hide on line it would be that 'actual' hide that would be sent to me. The prices were realistic NOT extortionate and I have to say the quality is fantastic!! My friend is thrilled to bits with the hide, it looks amazing and I will definitely shop here again.

I wanted a good quality cow hide so spent time looking on various sites online. Ordered one after much searching. So was disappointed to be told they couldn't find the hide I had chosen. They appeared genuinely sorry and offered me the alternative of my choice up to a certain value, at the same price as my original choice. I selected another but was then contacted to say my original choice had been located. I reverted to this and it arrived a couple of days later. I am delighted with it. Overall I am very satisfied with the way this company dealt with me .

Very quick in arriving, hassle free, was as described and looks great. Comes folded so need to take creases out, might be better if rolled but would make package bigger, could maybe offer this at extra cost.

Customer service was great. Can't fault the website or service but was just a little disappointed with the quality of the rug that I had chosen, it looked great but had a few balding patches which really let it down and were too noticeable just to ignore. That said, I also ordered a rug for a friend and they were very very pleased with theirs and it looks great in their new bathroom, really adds a touch of luxury.
