Very nice produt！

I placed my order on Feb 4th, and IFL processed on the 7th a reasonable time. My watch was scheduled to be received on 13th of February, but for some reason FEDEX hold it forever in customs. It the 20th and my watch still is not home. Not their fault, but a bad experience overall.

The customer service team were awesome and helped me get the Tiffany coral sky!!! So easy to get a response and sort out my issue!! And shipping to my location only took 3-4 days! Great team. And I love the watch.

Finally found my watch to order. The limited editions are scarce but accessible. Took some time to ship but that was probably customs and the shipment company. The processes related to IFL regarding dispatch, delivery and packaging of the actual watch were very good! Extended warranty from IFL and special packaging make it a very custom customer experience. Also one of the genuine websites for shopping for watches where there are a lot of fake websites.

I wish I could give it a 5 star but here are the reasons why I am giving them a 3 star. I was gifted the beautiful walnut Orbit winder for my birthday back in November. I have been using the winder since I got it and had no issue up until a week or so ago. Since it was a gift I had no idea how much the cost was, and now that I know, I am pretty disappointed with the Orbit winder. For that price I would expect perfection, and I know nothing is perfect, but experiencing technical issues barely 2 months in is a very disappointing feeling. I am not sure what the issue is but I have put on 2 of my most exquisite watches and both of them stopped after a day in the orbit. First, I called my Patek rep to ask if this ever happened to Patek watch owners, and they confirmed, no. Then my Cartier rep, and he confirmed no as well, which leaves me to understand that the common denominator in those 2 issues is the orbit itself. I have sent an email to support and never heard back from anyone, so my fiancé provided me with his original email with the sales rep who helped him with the purchase and I have yet to wait for his response. It is disappointing, however, I am waiting to see how the company is going to make it right, especially for that type of investment.
