Quick shipping and my package was packed very well. The product was as expected.

The staff was very friendly and responded to me inquiry right away. The watched was shipped the same day I spoke with them and the watch arrived the same week. Definitely will be keeping an eye on their watches in the future.

Surprisingly, it shipped fast as an international product. It was held securely in a tight box. Everything arrived intact without dents, defects, etc.

For a $400 robot watch stand, I was pretty disappointed that the foam it comes with is too big for my watch. When I emailed and asked for a smaller foam holder, was told sorry - one size fits all and to trim it with scissors. When I trim, it becomes jagged and no longer visually appealing.

Scratch at the back of my watch, apart from this, great timepiece.

The watch pouch did not fit a Hamilton Field Mechanical watch so I’m unable to use it. As it was a Christmas present and shipped to Australia we missed the 14 days return policy. I asked customer service whether they had an extended return policy for the holiday period but they were unable to offer this (it would have been returned within 30 days of purchase, not delivery) Now I'm left with a very expensive item that I can’t use. As far as the product goes, the quality seems good however I wasn’t impressed with the press stud closing mechanism. I think a magnetic clasp would feel more premium. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company.

The watch is exactly what I was hoping to find. Giving it as a gift to a friend who is from the Bronx and is a watch aficionado.. He will love it

The service and quality provided by IFL qas fantastic. However, the shipping service, DHL, dropped the package off, and the delivery driver signed for the package and left it out in the open. I was supposed to be the one to sign for the package to ensure it was safely delivered. This is a huge issue because some of these watches are rather expensive and id hate to see someones get stollen because of this.
