United Kingdom | 02 May 2023Outstanding customer service! I've owned the Albert tripod for almost 2 years and unfortunately I had cause to contact the team after one of the leg hinges became loose. I received a very polite reply from Neil and he said that they could either send out a replacement part that is very easy to change or collect, repair and return at no cost. I think the mark of a quality company is the way they deal with issues after the sale is made, 3 legged thing is exceptional here. 5 stars from me

Problem sorted in no time. I have several 3-Legged Thing products and they are all brilliant. Not many companies offer a comprehensive 5 year warranty! I will continue to buy from these guys. United Kingdom | 25 February 2023I've had a 3LT tripod for a few years now and it's always served me well. Recently the rubber grip on the thumb turn on the arcs swiss clamp split and fell off! I emailed 3LT and dealt with Neil. Super helpful, super friendly and actually sent me out a whole new clamp assembly within a few days. Excellent service.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2023A British Company to be proud of! šš» I bought my first 3 legged Thing Tripod (Albert 2.0) in 2022, and was immediately impressed by its build quality, functionality and design. Me and Albert are a busy pro team shooting mainly interiors, he loves being on the back of my Motorbike (Yes, unlike other Tripods, he folds up very neatly and isn't too big to carry!) Unfortunately, Albert fell off my Motorbike at around 80mph... amazingly, after recovering him, he was almost unscathed apart from a bent top canopy section (the hub where the 3 leg meets) ... After a quick hunt on the 3 legged website I found their customer service email... pinged an email and was replied to very swiftly by a top lad named 'Neil', who immediately saw the issue, enquired internally if it could be replaced.... came straight back to me with the great news that they were going to send me the new part with fitting instructions out in the post immediately, at NO CHARGE....! I didn't expect it for free and would have been over the moon to get Albert back in order at a cost, but this sort of service for me cements why I will now stick with these guys for all my Professional Photographic needs I can going forward! Lifesavers, and all done with a great attitude. First class service... If you are thinking of buying any of their products from these guys.... DO IT!!! Great Products and Great Customer Care...! What's not to love! š

I had lost a couple of the screws out the back of the Ellie plate, so I emailed 3 legged thing to see if I could buy some spares. I spoke with Neil who was really helpful and sent me out some spare screws on Friday afternoon and I received them Saturday morning - faultless service canāt sing there praise high enough

United States | 23 December 2022I had either immediately lost or never got the strap that comes with the Toxic Wraith camera bag. Neil immediately tried to ship me a new one to meet me at my hotel as I was traveling in London...when Royal Mail messed that up Neil then posted one to me in the US. Amazing service. As far as the bag itself goes, it is the most useful camera bag I have owned, and I've got about a dozen accumulated over the years. I easily traveled with my new Canon R7 with kit lens in the side pouch, Canon 5D Mark IV with the 16-35mm attached, a 15" laptop, 6 batteries, chargers for both, and miscellaneous cords and there was a place for everything and everything was in its place. The travel strap allowed it to fit securely over the handle of my carry-on, as it was designed to do. Great little bag. I also own a 3 Legged Thing tripod, which is how I found out about the Toxic Wraith bag.

Iāve got a Carbon Albert, which has seen light service over a couple of years of occasional use, and has been a delight every time Iāve taken it out. Recently the hinges on the legs were getting very slack, so I mailed 3LT support for advice, and they asked me to send it in for checking. (Unscientific opinion ā while it was away (under a week), I borrowed a friendās tripod for daily project Iām doing, and it was disappointing in comparison) 3LT tech Neilās assessment was that something wasnāt responding to his regular servicing, couldnāt be fixed, and would I accept a new one instead. New tripod duly arrived, with the signature 3LT bag of Haribo, and my old ballhead on top, which I love, and itās performed faultlessly ever since. Oh, and it came with the new zip-sided carry-case too, which is a significant improvement on its soft predecessor I can now take tripod in and out of the case without taking it off my shoulder; and the outside pocket will hold the strap when itās not needed. Epilogue ā on arrival, every screw thread on the new tripod was set to loose ā legs, column, everything ā including the D-ring at the bottom of the centre column, which I lost in the dark pretty much right away. So I asked Neil if he still had my old tripod in the workshop, and could he mail me my old D-ring ā and me sent me a new one! And another wee bag of Haribo.

I've been around the world (almost literally) with their tripod (Albert) and in conditions from summer and winter near the arctic circle to summer in Africa. It packs down for travel and performs really well even with my SLR and long lenses. Recently, I fell after slipping on ice at Crater Lake NP. The tripod was in the back of my pack and took the majority of the impact on pavement in the parking lot. The metal screw of the top clamp portion sheared off. I wrote support and though the clamp I had was out of production, they offered to replace it with one of the newer ones - at no charge (free). I had offered to pay and they wouldn't have it. The replacement arrived, was easy to replace, and works wonderfully. Neil was wonderful to work with and the company is amazing. So seldom do I encounter support this good from today's companies. THANK YOU to my 3 Legged Friends!

United Kingdom | 15 September 2022I bought an "open box" L bracket from Three Legged Thing. It arrived a lot earlier than the original estimate. When I checked it there was a screw missing. I rang Customer Services and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who popped a replacement in the post which was with me by 10am the next morning. Things go wrong, it's what you do when they do that counts! There was a small bag of Haribo sweets in the envelope too! I know where I'll be going when I need a replacement tripod! 10/10

United Kingdom | 10 June 2022Purchased an airhed pro ball head for some heavy equipment up to 23kg, as the head was rated to 40kg. Sadly the head has non existent friction control and is pretty much locked or floppy. This was later confirmed as the design intent by their customer services.... not a lot of use when you are trying to control heavy loads. I was offered a return and recommended to buy an Air Hed Cine head instead (by Neil from 3LT)... only problem being that head has a max load of 10 kg and therefore unsuitable for me. In Sum, a compromised product and ineffective customer services. I'll spend my money elsewhere, and buy more FLM products; it's a shame, as I would have preferred to support a British company.

Having tried it out with my camera setup, I felt that I needed a stronger more stable platform, so I requested to exchange it for a NICKY tripod. Customer service was very well handled and I must commend Megan and Neil for their positive, quick responses and very efficient processing of my return. Keep up the good work!

I've had a couple of issues with the bolts on my Nicky coming loose, and Neil in their support team has resolved my queries quickly and professionally every time. I don't often write reviews as I expect a good level of service on premium products, but my experiences have been beyond even my high expectations - I would go so far as saying they'll have a customer for life

Two screws arrived on the Friday,(along with a free packet of sweets) free of charge. Try getting that level of service from Amazon or China.

United Kingdom | 10 March 2022I bought a "Brian" way back in January 2019, as I write this it's now March 2022. The tripod developed a faulty leg catch, probably when I fell off my bike. I lived with the problem for far too long and decided to get in touch with them to get the spare part. As it turns out that part isn't available as a stand alone. The whole upper canopy section needs to be replaced. I thought this was going to cost me quite a bit of money but customer services; without any input from me, fixed it so I could get it for free. This is above and beyond customer service. This tripod has served me very well for three years and now it will go on for many more; unless I fall off my bike again.

After a few years of use I had a problem with my trusty tripod which has been everywhere with me. It has been in the sea and sand, in muddy rivers, up mountains and frozen solid. All I can say is that I was left speechless by the speed and generosity of the customer support. I really cannot recommend three legged thing more highly. Any other company should compare themselves to this. I rarely if ever leave reviews but this should be 10 stars.

United Kingdom | 19 May 2021Extremely nice people to deal with. Over the years I have bought camera tripods and brackets from these guys and loved their products. Their site is completely transparent when it comes to customer service too. In my experience, nothing is too much trouble and their turnaround time from initial enquiry to closure is fast. Credit must be bestowed on Neil at 3LT who deals with customer support. He has helped me a couple of times and each time the communication has been prompt and courteous. Their product range is continually evolving which is good for customers and the design of their goods is fantastic. They are also a British company working out of what they call their 'chicken shed' and proud of it.
