Ordered over a week ago and i still havn't received an oder comfirmation email or anything in regard to my order. I've rang the contact number found on the website. Actually i've rang quite a few times (3/4 times a day, ranging from 10am - 5pm) and no one has ever answered. I've messaged of Facebook, and still nothing. "We pride ourselves on our customer service". Guess the standards of pride and service are low these days. Its a shame i've had to write this review just to get a response of "One of our team have reached out to yoy directly".

I purchased a few items from discount adult, a prostate massager which is silky smooth and seems to be good quality but little used at the moment, a bottle of lubido lube which is a nice lube but can be bought cheaper on other websites and a vibrating butt plug which is very hard and does not fit well but it was very cheap, I also got a free but plug which broke straight away but it was free. Delivery was quick, well packaged with no damage. The receipt does not show the VAT amount so the price jumps from net price to gross price, I worked it out myself that it must be the VAT. I would use discount adult superstore again
