Second time I have used these guys. On both occasions, they arrived on schedule and were professional and courteous. Explained what they had done and took before and after photos so you know guttering is clear. Will continue to use in the future when needed.

Our house is larger than the average 4 bedroom home but Kenny honoured the agreed price. He was friendly,professional and did an excellent job treating my home as he would his own. Received excellent service from Magdy today. He arrived promptly and carried out the work required with courtesy, efficiently, and professionally. Additionally he discovered a blocked downpipe which he cleared for me. After seeing the before and after pictures of my guttering I can only say that I was very impressed with the work carried out, would recommend Magdy to anyone, and will certainly use the service again.

We we mischarged being charged for a more expensive service than we had booked. We were not provided with the promised before and after shots until we requested them, and even then just "after". Our guttering was left non-functional. Neil says this was already the case, but there wasn't water pouring down the house before he cleaned them. My son who was present at the time was misadvised it was a minor job to clip the guttering back together. No job is minor at second storey height especially if you don't own a ladder. This review received a disappointing reply. Having refunded someone after they pointed out overcharging doesn't mean overcharging didn't happen! Sending photos on request only is not what the website says. As for what is easy or difficult, I said this was subjective but for goodness sake if you don't own a ladder why imagine I do, if you don't imagine that or didn't check don't claim something is "easy", by your own admission it would not be easy for you. I would also say I raised all these with the company before reviewing.

Colin and Mike came today in horrible weather to clean gutters and facials and did a brilliant job. Two very pleasant young men who came across very professional, l would definitely recommend them for there work and cost.

Easy to book on line and get an instant quote. Company kept me updated of booking. On the day arrived on time and did an excellent job. Gutters turned out to be full of rubble left by a roofing company (who had stated everything had been removed), as well as a well established garden. Very thorough and left everything clean and tidy.

After a couple of false starts on the appointment front, Gary King and co worker from Gutter Pro carried out a clear and clean service on all our gutters today (17 May), removing lots of accumulated moss and other debris, and making the gutters look a lot whiter than they have been in a while. EXCELLENT SERVICE: Phil ROBERTS attended punctually on Thurs 26.04.2024, did a camera survey of the guttering, showed us the photographs. Very quickly and efficiently removed all the debris and plants, cleared everything away. No mess whatsoever, took all the debris away. Then showed us photographs of the newly cleaned gutters. No hesitation in recommending Phil, very professional and very efficient.

Excellent job, Angus had to cancel original visit due to van breakdown, got in touch and arranged to visit two days later, (Saturday). Arrived and completed job with before and after pictures, gutter clearance front and back and garage, clear blockage in front downpipe, i had booked a clear and clean but Angus said i didn't need the clean so amended the invoice, very chatty and friendly, will definitely call him again when needed, Malcolm.

An excellent service provided by GutterPro today. We had a couple of texts prior to our appointment to keep us up to date. Arrived 10 minutes early, checked to ensure they were carrying out the job exactly as required and got on with it. After just under 2 hours the house gutters were cleared and the conservatory looked brand new. All mud and mess taken away. Would highly recommend this company.

I’ve used gutter pro in Southport before and the same guy came out to us this time. He showed me pictures that the gutters were clear so no work needed to be done on the gutter side of things. Would definitely recommend. Really honest service.
