I used Gutter Pro from Swinton Manchester UK I did go through Check a Trade then their site where I looked up the reviews which I got the feel of them being truthful because sometimes they can be fake I am glad I did as the guy who attended was David Taylor who did a fantastic job of cleaning my gutters / faci/soffits and down pipes Iwas impressed with his attitude and customer service at an affordable cost I have no problem in on a yearly basis booking him for clearing and cleaning my gutters from now on David cheers for coming and the chat and banter as well looking forward to next year. Richard promptly arrived to quote for moss removing from our large bungalow roof. Happy with the price we set him on. Two weeks later he arrived on time, spent all day and half the next day working on the roof. Got on with the job, and kept us informed of what he was doing. Then he treated the newly scraped roof, cleared the gutters and left our property as he found it. Very efficient, reliable and punctual. Highly recommended. Very happy customer.

Booked an appointment with Gutterpro New Forest last week for today at 12.30pm. At 12.40 received a phone call saying they were running late and would be with me in one and a half hours! With other things booked for the afternoon I said this was unacceptable at which point she said “also Ive looked at your house online and its much bigger than we expected so the online booked price agreed previously wont stand so my husband will discuss the new price when he gets there” Told them not to bother. Unprofessional on every level. In reply to Gutterpro response my home was built in 1958 not the 30’s and although it is described as four bedroom on Rightmove the fourth room is a small box room currently used as an office not a bedroom. You price your work on the number of bedrooms not square footage so if this doesn't give you an accurate picture suggest to quote on site rather than online as this is misleading and has lost me time in getting the work completed.

A friendly and professional service from start to finish. My gutters had moss and grass growing in them, they now look clear and spotless. Only had the clearing done because I dont have an outside tap for the cleaning. Its great to have before and after photos, what a difference. Very knowledgable guys, informed me that neighbours gutters also need clearing due to shared downpipe. Excellent service, would use again. Very reasonable cost for 2 bed house.

The franchise operative from GutterPro Brighton & Crawley left one of my gutters leaking & dislodge the end plate of that same gutter after clearing them. Unfortunately it still hasn't been fixed despite being chased in several occasions. I have also emailed Gutterpro's headoffice and haven't had a reply either. Terrible costumer service, I wouldn't recommend GutterPRO to anyone.

Fantastic job carried out by Martin and his colleague. They were friendly and just got on the with the job. It was great to see the before and after photos. What a difference. Based on personal recommendation from a friend, we emailed GutterPro's Peter Honeyman of Girvan, Ayrshire with a request to clean out blocked gutters at our bungalow. He replied within minutes offering a date to suit, and arrived at exactly the time he'd arranged. He explained what he was going to do, promised 'before and after' photos, and got straight on with the job. Very professional, courteous and efficient - he was a great ambassador for GutterPro. The fee was reasonable and he'll give us a reminder call for another visit in a year's time. Highly recommended!

Had my gutters cleaned which resulted in the corner gutter bracket above the conservatory being unclipped and two pieces of mortar dropped by the suction machine putting 2 holes in the polycarbonate roof. Now when it rains water pours from the gutter onto the conservatory roof, sounding like Niagara Falls and leaks in through the 2 holes in the polycarbonate roof. I notified the company asking for their insurance details. They asked me to supply details and photographs which I did. I had a couple of roofers take a look, but they said the job could not be carried out without scaffolding over the conservatory up to the roofline of the house, a considerable expense. Several reminders later I have had no reply from the company and have given them many weeks to do so.

Great service for the money. Gutters needed cleaning out as grass and moss were growing in them. Technician turned up on time and got straight to work. Left my property clean and tidy. Highly recommended
