After I paid, more questions and queries were promptly dispatched. Very good customer service. The stereo head product is not yet installed since the car is still in the shop. Hopefully, the product is as good as the service.

United States | 21 June 2024This is a complete scam. I purchased a system on 6/10 and then canceled the order on 6/11. On 6/11 they accepted my cancel order request. On 6/12 I received a shipping notification and email that they shipped the item and it cannot be returned. At this point they should have rerouted their mistake as my order cancellation was already received and approved via email. I was instructed to ship it back to them or to another customer in the US once I receive the order and that they would pay the shipping charges. I informed them I would ship it back to them, obviously. I received the order on 6/14 and asked for their return address. They informed me to hold onto the order for a few days as shipping it back to them would "take too long to receive" and cost them tax. I fail to see how any of that is my problem but it continues.. On 6/18 I email them again asking for an RMA and the address to send this order back to. They informed me they had not received another order in the US but that I could find the cheapest shipping estimate to the UK and that no RMA was needed. At this point none of this process is following their own "return policy" and later on that day they informed me another customer purchased the same item in the US. On 6/19 I was informed to remove all previous shipping labels on the box and ship it to another customer in AZ using once again the cheapest shipping option. I shipped the order and asked for my refund. I received no response from them for over 24 hours so I opted to reroute the order back to me over concerns I would not only lose the product I paid for but also not receive any refund the the purchase made. At this point they have now taken payment for the exact same item from two different customers, with the other likely having no idea that their order was not shipped from SigmaStereo but from another customer instead. I shipped the item following "good faith" that they would refund me promptly, especially since they have already taken a second payment but I was informed today that I would not receive a refund until the other customer received my order. I have no assurances at all this other customer would confirm receipt nor the actual condition of the item I was initially sent as I never opened the box, and given that Sigma has completely failed to follow their own return policy I would essentially have paid them the full price and freely given away the product I had received for a complete loss on my end, including the new shipping charge. I have also informed the other customer that Sigma attempted to sold them a product that was not in their own inventory, which also Sigma gave me all of the personal details of the other customer, email, phone, address, name. None of this is ok.

United States | 20 June 2024i bought a sigma head unit for my 2008 saturn in jan of 2023 (about a year and a half ago). one thing i noticed right away is it was very confusing to find what you were looking for on the operating system but it worked alright to start. a month later some of the buttons on the front panel stopped working, then i figured out that the buttons were functioning as controls for something other than what they were supposed to be controlling. i tried resetting it a time or two, everytime i do it just gets worse: bluetooth music connection has disappeared, clock has to be manually reset every time. this was the most i ever spent on a replacement car stereo ($500+) and the bottom line is- i wish i had never bought it. i will be replacing it soon as it is garbage.

Canada | 04 June 2024Terrible company, If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a head unit for a car ($650), was told to send VIN & pics of current head unit. I was told I now needed to order a special adapter ($220), eventually the product arrives. No instructions, doesnt work, multiple qualified mechanics look at it, 5 months later I'm told I need to mail it back to them in China ($250). Over $1100 and 5 months of hassle, waste of time and money.

United Kingdom | 19 May 2024Absolutely terrible! Sent half the goods ordered and won’t send the rest can’t send back because no proof of delivery back to him like another customer on here. The return address is in Sweden! , and not got any stock just buy it to order and shipping directly from china with a 50% mark up. Do your research of the goods you want and buy direct. Don’t touch this seller with a barge pole ! Update….. It’s the same sigma as on Amazon, raised a dispute with Amazon and got a refund. Now has a return address in the Uk after I had a refund and is now threatening to send someone round. Shocking service and a total scammer. Have emailed the authorities!

United States | 13 May 2024I bought a replacement radio with large screen because I was tired of my factory 4 inch screen and poor quality radio. I must say that I love it and it has worked great for 6 months with one small problem. The external microphone started breaking up as soon as I drove over 10 MPH and then would be crystal clear as soon as I would stop. I contacted Mr. Khan and through several emails trying different things he suggested that I remove external microphone and use the internal one (I didn't know it had one). That fixed the problem. The customer service was prompt (normally within 6 to 12 hours).

I had the option to purchase a similar item, presumably identical, at a lower price on AliExpress, but due to concerns about support, I chose to buy from this store. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from this establishment. Specifically, I had sent photographs and exchanged several emails to confirm compatibility and fitting before making the purchase. I was assured there would be no issues, so I proceeded with the purchase. However, the product did not fit my LP550-2 vehicle equipped with a KENWOOD head unit. Since the error was not on my part, I requested a full refund, including the return shipping costs. Despite numerous emails and messages sent via WhatsApp, all were ignored, and I received no response. Furthermore, due to the lack of trust that I would be refunded, I decided against returning the product even though I would have to bear the return shipping costs. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with the worst possible service. In addition, the seller said they will refund if I send back the product. WHY DO I NEED TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING fee (very expensive that must not refund) BY MYSELF, EVEN THIS PROBLEM CASUED BY SELLER’S 100% FAULT!!

The installation was a bit of a hassle not because for the new stereo but because the Mini Cooper oem stereo was a little difficult to remove. The car play stereo was plug and play just like what was describe on Sigma's website. I'm loving the look and the many features of my new stereo.
