Awful company, please do not go near them. The terminal i received kept losing its signal and couldn't make payments. After one day of using it i phoned to cancel as i was told i was free to do so within 14 working days. Apparently that was a lie and they have no cooling off period. The matter is still ongoing three weeks later after several phone calls and emails. - every time i'm being told someone would get back to me or i just pay the 18 month cancellation fee!

They lied from begging, the till system was disaster and they told us it's on off payment and now we found out it was lie and it's monthly payment, don't use any till system from this company

Vidya Wes very helpful in solving my query. I had issue about my contract end date, which the acquiring Bank said was finishing in May this month, but my contract with Paymetryx is for 18 months finishing in November 2024. Vidya confirmed this for me after informing EVO PAYMENTS UK. Hopefully I assume the issue is resolved.
