I am an owner of a business who has been victim of Identity fraud. I have called customer service to let them know about this issue and they have not taken me serious, someone else that acted in behalf of this business has scammed me and made accounts in my name with with made up emails and phone numbers that don't belong to me. I have given them the stores official Website that has my official email and phone number. I have also tried to give them the reference number of the case we have made with the police.

Terrible company, uses the old sales technique of just keep talking and someone will buy something just to shut them up. I said no at least 20 times on a call, and it wasn't until I went into a huge rant about why I didn't want anything from them that they stopped. I could hear at least 2 others in the background using the same sales script. Also checkout their website, half the links dont work, lists as both a company in its own right, as well as a trading name of another company. Wouldn't trust them to make me a cup of coffee

Fraudulent company - the agent working on behalf paymetryx stole personal details to apply for a loan on my behalf, he ordered a card machine that i didn't want or need. Have been complaining since jan as they keep asking for money for this card machine, which has never even be used. Will be contacting financial services, payments systems regulator and the company's stakeholders as they have passed my details on to debt collectors, so those concerned should know how this company is conducting business. They will not get away with this and everyone should stay away from the company.

This Is Company keeps on Hassling me Everyday for the Past year to take A Card machine Contract with them. Everyday They Still call me from Different People. I have Said 100 Times NO!but they keep on Calling. I am Really Fed up with Their Tactics. Be Aware of this Company. Thanks But NO Thanks

The worst experience ever I have the Guy contact he said regarding electricity contracts he is name (Austin Vekoor) I have saved all massage and email he has sent to me he told me I will open new electric contract and then he sent to me a card machine I have never asked for and then he Turnd off his phone never answered !!!!
