Having made a genuine mistake with my order I was concerned that I’d have to return them and await the correct order as I was going away this was a worry. Having sent confirmation the next day of the return, a new delivery for the correct order arrived the next day. Super happy with the service and think it’s important to remember that mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with is what sets this company apart from the rest.

Spent £75 on a new advance kit, 3 batteries, a bay charger, bubble glass and a bottle of juice Really good delivery, came when expected. Everything was ok apart from 2 two of the batteries had popped, got in touch with them and they are replacing them for me. Excellent customer service from you guys
