Great service

They sent the wrong products because they were out of stock, problem being the replacements were not the same flavour and half the price. My original purchase consisted of 3x100ml,1x50ml and 7xnic shots totalling £53.00 they sent 3x100 and 2x nic shots totalling £26.00 of cheaper products. They are not responding to me and think that what has been sent is acceptable. Just send the right products or give me a refund. I also tipped 5% I'm not sure why?

they always send the wrong products. when you confront them and try and talk to them about it you get ignored. pathetic business

Usually order these products and have been good until you get a problem They do not answer emails and are really hard to get an answer to either refund or get the products that dont work resent out Gone down hill big time

YET AGAIN…….Broken products, everytime I buy vapes, they arrive broken. I bought 2 on a BOGOF offer, now I know why they are on offer, because they DONT work. I gave this site another chance after receiving my first broken product which they amended, but I’ll NEVER use this site again and would advise others to give it a wide berth. A MINEY MAKING SCAM
