I ordered Saturday night, but ordered too many. I emailed and the company (Matthew) emailed straight back saying the order had been amended and the amount refunded. The refund went straight in the bank. My order arrived on Sunday afternoon. Less than 24 hours later, with little compliment chocolates! Excellent customer service, cannot fault at all.

Order was great. Delivery was on time and expected. 3 out of the 10 that I bought were dud or flat battery. I will give it one more try. I will also update accordingly. 70% isn't good tho. After the initial unlucky purchase, the store reached out which was really good communication. They were helpful and have resolved this situation which I wasn't expecting, so credit to them. I have made a follow up order because they were so helpful in response. Satisfied customer. Thanks 👍
