Despite being told my goods were ready to send I received a call to say my choice was out of stock. Luckily my second choice was in stock and I received the order the next day. Perhaps only in stock items should be shown or box for second choice if necessary? However glad they called and goods received next day therefore I still rate it as 5 Star.

Ordered a few times now, great selection and quick service.

I did not receive my last order, first I contacted Royal mail and received a written response and confirmation that my parcel was not delivered and I have to contact the seller, then I contacted the Vape Online Store, I didn't receive any support or responsibility from them, our communication from their side was unpleasant and disrespectful, they refuse to refund.
