Unexpectedly, for this great company, I ordered my vapes on Monday morning but they were not delivered until today, Thursday. Still, the products are first class and I will forgive them this time. Cannot fault this company

Been using for a while and used to be really good, last month or so been messed around a lot. Been told my parcel would be dispatched on the Monday, come Wednesday still no vapes. Only after emailing multiple times do they finally say they are waiting for a delivery of some of my order. A few weeks ago I had similar issue. I’m guessing they are short staffed or something. Instead of lying my order is on its way, I’d rather an email to say it’s going to be a few days/ week at least id know what’s going on

This company uses fraudulent practices. I ordered £50 of vapes. The took the money from my account and did not send the products. I am still waiting for a refund, which they will not give me unless I give them my bank details again!! This matter has now been handed over to appropriate people for investigation. Avoid at all costs

Been using vape online for a while now never had any problems with them, always have plenty of stock and have very competitive prices.

Waited 3 days for it come wasn’t received by the delivery company till I emailed them 3 days later , when it came sent me a completely diff vape , I emailed them saying why did u send me a diff vape I didn’t want this then they told me to return it , why do I have to go through all of that when they could’ve just asked if I wanted that flavour since they out of stock , complete piss take , unprofessional company won’t be spending money here again
