Superb customer service. I didn’t care for the quality of the white hoodie because it left fur/lint on the black pants but they didn’t have white in the better quality. I contacted them to let them know my experience and had I known I would have purchased the black hoodies. My event was in 2 days and to my surprise, customer service sent black hoodies overnight! I am still giving 5 stars but will recommended spending a little more on the premium hoodie. The black hoodie left fur/lint (not sure what to call it 🤔) on my white T underneath so I couldn’t take it off. I’m still very satisfied!

The shirt fit exactly as expected - it helps I know my measurements. The design was perfect, no weird edges or white spaces! This will be my new fav game day or movie night sweatshirt for curling up on the couch!
