They had a proof ready for me to review within a couple of business days from placing the order, and Joshua Ferra was extremely communicative and quick to make design adjustments and really allow for the vision to come across in the product as best he could. First time ordering from Rush Order Tees. I got 2 emails a week apart both asking me to approve proofs. I did both times. Delivery date comes and goes. I call company and they tell me they will overnight it to me. No delivery, I call again and now they tell me they don't know the status of my order or when it will be delivered as they can't get a hold of their production department. So basically paid for product and now its crickets.
