Because of our short turnaround timelines I've had so much trouble this past two weeks finding a company that could accommodate our difficult request. Once I got on the chat with Geraldine the process took less than 5 minutes before i approved the design! AND, they could get it to us on time! I had an emergency from a mishap sizing on a shirt order for my company. We're headed to a conference next week and no one else could have some shirts printed and delivered by the day we needed them, except RushOrderTees! Geraldine helped me with my order and ensured they would arrive in time for the conference! Couldn't be more relieved!

We created 2 separate orders for our annual camping trip (1 for guys, 1 for girls) I ordered several from each and put a deadline for each order in order to get them on time. I received the girls, but never the guys. It was running a week behind. I called and they gave me a runaround saying it was my fault and someone ordered after the deadline (which they never did). Regardless I ordered them same day....have the email receipts and everything. The shirts were nice. Just don't trust their deadlines. Edit, they talked and gave a semi refund. We appreciate it

Josh was very helpful when it came to assisting me with my tax exempt form. Even though I uploaded it a couple times incorrectly, he was patient with me and made sure I got everything taken care of on my end and the upload went through. I appreciate his kindness and seemed like a nice person thru the screen!

I asked for a refund due to a currency exchange problem and they offered to bring the price way down for me.. I already invested in another gift so I had to decline but they were super helpful and kind.. Great company and customer service!
