I have used this company in the past both for school group orders and single t-shirt orders. Great prices and wonderful customer service! Quickly answered my design questions and very efficient turnaround!

A couple of months ago, I ordered 5 t-shirts and a sweatshirt for my new small business. I opened the box to find t-shirts that belonged to a person in Kansas who had received my box of t-shirts. the company emailed both of us overnight postage and we took the boxes to the post office. When I finally did receive my t-shirts, three of the 4 women's cuts were different than what I had ordered. These were replaced. The draw string on the hoodie I ordered was fraying before I ever washed it so I just cut that out. As I've worn and washed the t-shirts weekly since receiving them, they are becoming more misshapen and just look kinda cheap. The material is cheap, thin, and doesn't hold its form. So, while the company was very responsive with all of the issues I had and did refund my money, I still do not think the quality of the clothing is very high and would not order from them again.

I felt lost on trying to figure out how to work through a tax exemption and getting different forms to ensure that everything would go smoothly on both ends. She made the entire process so simple and she was wonderful to work with. I waited on forms from my accounting department and was able to pick up the conversation with her a couple days later and she helped me complete the rest of the process. I am so appreciative of how easy she made everything and I will definitely be using RushOrderTees again after this expereience!

I needed some help changing my ink color on a custom logo and these guys did it in a flash. It's the second time my family has ordered and the deliver!

The ordering process was easy and the shirts turned out amazing. I even received them earlier than expected! Will definitely recommend RushOrderTees to others and will use them again in the future.

Updated: they were great at selling, but most of my orders were sent to my billing instead of shipping. The first time it happened, they tried to get me to find someone to print a label, take it to the post office, and get it overnighted. I'm five hours away - states away. So they finally remade the order, and it will be getting here Thursday, and my camp ends Friday supposed to be here on 7/14. Then i realized my hats are missing. I tell them, and they tell me to look around. And then I realize they sent them to the billing address as well. Again had to double check with me that i couldn't somehow get someone to get them for me and then are now resending also getting here Thursday. Offered NOTHING! I asked about the impact to my nonprofit summer camp that only runs one week - they gave me a discount code. Dont worry this Philly org will not be supporting this Philly org anymore. --I want to express my sincere appreciation for Justyne from RushOrderTees.
