The quality of the sweater and printed pictures and writings are very good! 🤩 And, my order was placed on May 27, shipped on June 4, and delivered on Jun 7. It took 11 days only :) also I was able to communicated with the customer service very easily and well!!! Good experience, I’m happy !!!

I loved the design but the muscle crop tee that I bought was about an inch and a half longer in the front than the back. Crops are supposed to be the opposite. It looks like a bad quality shirt with a great design. #2256213

Easy to use the “do it yourself” app. Suggestion save your work just in case you have to leave the site!! I have used this site before and love the work they do. They are efficient and I got my shirts before the anticipated delivery date. Love it💜

Great design and I'm thrilled at the outcome. The tees themselves seem thinner than I was expecting but that's seriously the only tiny little complaint I have. Cheers!

These shirts are awesome. I got them early which really means a lot since we will be wearing them in memory of my son while walking all night in an ‘ Out of The Darkness Walk’ to help raise money for suicide prevention . Thanks sooo much. We love them

Customer service was great at RushOrderTees but their “design team” is terrible. They contract the designing out to remote workers and it’s a different designer every time you request a change. Why have an option to design your own product just for someone to go and redesign it then ask if you approve of it. I ordered shirts for my company and it took 4 days and 9 different proofs for them to still get it wrong and I cancelled the order. If you want a few custom shirts and you don’t care much about the design, this company is for you. But if you are ordering shirts where you care about the specifics and the integrity of the design, go local.

Alyssa and the rush order team are phenomenal. I’m a real hard customer, admittedly. They surpassed my expectations. They are great at helping you pick the products that best suit your needs and helping work through any design questions. The quality of the end result each time I work with them has been amazing. The art department is on top of their game ! Fantastic business to support & they really take care of their clients & customers - I wish we could add photos to the reviews. They will have me as a customer forever. I had multiple large orders to take care of for memorial items, and Alyssa went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and the products were exactly what I wanted. I just can’t say enough good things.

I wanted to update my review. Within 2 days of posting this, I received an email and call from RushOrderTees asking how they could rectify the situation. They are going to send me 2 new shirts in a unisex size that they say will fit baggier and they promised to get it out in time for my upcoming event...even if they have to overnight it. That is customer service!!! I hope this is the last time I have to amend this and I receive before 6/14!!! "It is exactly what I designed and I received it in a timely manner but the quality of the t-shirt is terrible. My friend and I ordered a 2XL because we wanted a big baggie shirt. It just barely fits now and we can already tell once we wash it the first time it isn't going to fit anymore. Very disappointing for $51 each."

HOWEVER A PROBLEM DID OCCUR WITH OUR ORDER, NO FAULT OF RUSH ORDER CO., WE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. I needed 24 shirts. Simple design. All black logo. I figured I would give this company a try since it’s verified and USA based. I was given a delivery date range of May 23-May 29. Which was perfect because I needed them for June 3. I hadn’t gotten any updates. No communication until May 29th when I received an email that my order shipped. I then find out that my order won’t get here until the afternoon of the 3rd which is the day I need them. No emails about anything being delayed. And customer service couldn’t even help me because they had to escalate my issue. I was told “you should’ve paid for expedited shipping” well I would have done that if I had known they weren’t going to arrive within the delivery window. No acknowledgement. Beyond disappointed. Hopefully someone gets back to me soon so I can be refunded. will NOT be using this company again. Update: customer service manager did get back to me but only after I posted this review. I was told “if we offer you a partial refund will you change your review?”. So that tells you enough about that. I still wouldn’t recommend this company. If you use this company, you HAVE to pay for expedited shipping or else your order could be delayed way outside the delivery date range. I feel like that is not transparent and honest business. The customer service manager did issue a partial refund. While that was much appreciated, I urge this company to open a clear line communication with its customers to let them know when orders are delayed.

The art that I wanted to be printed on the hoodie wasn't showing up right with the automated adjustments (remove background), but they worked with me and made sure to fix everything. Their response time was fast and everyone was very nice. The hoodie looks great and feels soft on the inside. I haven't washed it yet because it's a special gift, but based on the way it was printed, I expect it will hold up nicely. I'll definitely use RushOrderTees if I have any other projects. 10/10 recommend.

I've now ordered several sweaters with my own designs on them and the quality is absolutely amazing 👏 I've tried to print my own things before with other companies and have had issues with things like color limitations or the design comes out looking very dull. So I'm super excited about this place and how wonderfully they do all the colors, and everything looks exactly how I originally intended. Thank you Rush Order Tees team!

They should change the name of the company. Even though they have a rush order option, it almost doubles your price but if you choose the free delivery option, you'll be waiting for three weeks to get a t-shirt!!! This is a ridiculously long time! The word "rush" just doesn't belong to this kind of service.

Ordered some shirts for the family to wear on vacation. Super easy to place my order! Delivery was sent out early which was a pleasant surprise!! High quality t-shirt also. Very soft and comfortable!! Cannot say enough about how happy we are!
