The guys communicated excellently when my size 11 was not available after purchase and I was happy with the 10.5. Postage was a super quick 2 days and the Lowa Renegade Patrol boots the best price on the Internet. However I'm anxious to repurchase online again. Perhaps a good old fashion call will do during their very limited opening times.

I've been after a new pair of Lowa boots and trying to get any of the ones I wanted in my size has been impossible. On the off chance I checked Polimil and they had 1 pair of a model I liked in my size. I phoned them Friday afternoon to check they were in stock prior to ordering. Very helpful on phone and went away to physically check the shelf, confirmed it was the last pair. Ordered Friday afternoon, dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. All in all, a good experience

United Kingdom | 20 February 2021Amazing company to deal with. Currently most business are delayed shipping due to Covid (Polimil have also say this when you order). Ordered a Gerber bladeless multi tool on Friday and with standard shipping as the price was easily the best I could find. I didn’t expect to receive it for around 7-10 days in honesty but it came the next day! A Saturday too. Very impressed with that. Certainly I’ll be using them again for future purchases and recommending to friends and family.

Do yourself a favour and stay well Clear of Polimil they are nothing but a bunch Liars just look at all the other bad reviews will tell you the same.

Emailed the company to determine whether the item was available, they replied quickly and courteously with all the information I'd requested. Having placed the order the item was delivered two days later by standard UK delivery. I'm entirely happy with the item I've purchased. Advice: Thoroughly investigate a product you're looking for before purchasing.

After placing my order, I was quickly contacted by the company to say the size I had requested was not in stock. They offered a half size up or down. This process was easy and painless, but it would have been nice to know before placing my order that my requested size was not available.

Product was exactly as described and of high quality. It was also far cheaper than on comparable websites. I will definitely use Polimil again.....great company.

Got an email days later saying they were out of stock, no indicator of when or if they could get them, offered a lesser replacement. Took over a week for them to send me back my money after I requested they cancel. Boots still show in stock and available on their site- looking at other reviews they are really quick to take your cash, then whether you get your product is a gamble.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2018so after seeing all the bad reviews here i thought id just give a quick review of my experience. Iv used Polomil for years and never had a problem. I dont order stuff that often but when i do it will be over £100 order. Always use paypal, so in case anything does go wrong, you always have paypal to help you out. Not that iv ever needed to as my service has been completely fine with them and orders get to me no problem at a great price.
