Customer service is very helpful. The agents are kind and work to resolve any issues. I ordered an item in 10/13 and still haven’t received it. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it would be back ordered with no solid shipping or receiving date.

The product was shipped quickly and was in great shape. Ease of checkout made ordering fast. The survey that is offered after you place an order, however, is extremely dishonest and misleading. They claim you get $XX value for completing a survey. Only after finishing the entire survey and go to claim your 4 magazines, you’re prompted to enter CC# to receive them for “free”. Tiny print hidden at the bottom reveals you’ve really just signed up for a renewing subscription that will charge you exorbitant amounts a year after your order. If you value true feedback from your customers about their experience with your website and products, don’t attempt to mislead them in an attempt to sneak more money out of their pocket with shady business practices.

Short story- it took about a month to get my order. Customer service team was very helpful. I would give 5 stars if the website accurately tells you if something is in stock. Price is slightly higher than bakersgas on most items, but customer service is more prompt. I am ok with paying for better service.

This was an easy shopping experience with extremely fast handling and delivery. Everything arrived as pictured/described and as ordered. The cost of the welder was slightly higher than the lowest cost found by Google, but Cyberweld has a much better reputation. Also, the additional freebies with the purchase brought the total price to well below that of the cheaper store. Everything was ordered on Monday, and the last box of the shipment arrived that Saturday. This was my first welder purchasing outside of a normal distributor, and I was a little nervous at first due to the reviews of other welding supply sites. This was a great purchase experience, and this will be my go-to for anything not on clearance at the local shop.

Before buying in the checkout cart or or previous page it does not explain they’re out of stock so you buy then you find out it takes two weeks to receive your product needs fixing
