You never know what to expect when you start using a new to you company on the internet. I've been quite pleasantly surprised with Cyberweld to date. Their prices are good and their shipping is consistent and reliable. They are becoming my 'go to' place for welding supplies.

Sold me two faulty acetylene regulators the acted like it was certainly something I was doing wrong as if it is rocket science to attach a reg to a tank. After taking them to airgas it was determined that the threads were “flat” on the nut and not cut correctly. These were Smith Miller

Cyberweld has always been great in my past experiences. FedEx was pretty bad this time. I ordered a filled gas bottle that needed a signature upon delivery. The package (well packed by the way) originated in Arizona, went to California then back through Arizona and across the country to Ohio. FedEX changed the delivery date at the last minute 3 times which meant I had to stay home 3 days in order to sign for delivery. Fortunately I am retired so it was just an inconvenience, if I had to take off work it would have been a disaster.

Ordered 2 diopter lenses for welding helmet. Backordered both and the 2.5 came in and shipped. The 2.0 took about 2 months to get but finally came in. Delay in order fulfillment is only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I called on the order and communication and information was honest and accurate.

You have yet to answer my email regarding the products I received that were pictured wrong on your website. You have drag tips pictured as normal tips. I contacted you about the wrong product and never received anything from you

I ordered 3 pair of FR jeans. It took almost 3 weeks for them to arrive from NJ to western PA. When they arrived I took the first pair out of the box to try on and the button fell in half in my hand. I took the second pair out of the box and they were the wrong size. The 3rd pair was the right size so I decided to keep them and send back the other 2 pairs. I called their office for return instructions and the woman advised that I would have to take a picture of the broken button and email that to them before returning. Then she advised they had a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. I advised her I was not going through all that since it took nearly 3 weeks for the jeans to get to me in the first place. She advised she could email me a fedex label and I could drop them off to a fedex drop box. I advised her that I would rather exchange them for the right size. She advised they did not have any in stock for the size I ordered, but that they could send them out once they received them. I advised that would be fine. After hanging and wearing the jeans for a day I changed my mind about exchanging them and decided to return them since they did not have any pockets on the legs for tools. I scratched out the instructions about exchanging the jeans and changed it to return and credit the form of payment and sent them back. Instead of returning them they exchanged them. I will not deal with this company again. They cannot follow simple instructions and the woman I spoke with was rude. To compare them with the pairs of FR pants I ordered from Ariat. I ordered 3 pair of FR pants from Ariat and I received the right sizes 2 days after the order. I was glad to pay the additional costs for the Ariat and get the product I was looking for in the right size the first time with out the BS

Ordered a simple set of regulator flashback arrestors and it took weeks to get them. If it was just a case of backordering, then let me know...2+ weeks for a part like this is pretty bad service. I like the company but this was a bad experience due to poor communication and super slow shipping

Just the tips! Wrong tips sent with miller 215 welder. They knew issue with miller packing Wrong tips. Sent tips right away. Awesome customer service!
