Was trying to get o-rings for my plasma and the customer service rep said there was only one and that was told to her by a Miller representative . There are actually three and guess what? When I gave them the part numbers I found for the missing two o-rings, they had them in stock.

Yeah, complete scam. Ordered a miller 12RC extreme suitcase with addition items order total about $3900. Everything said instock as was checking out. I completed the purchase then 2 days later I get a confirmation email saying everything is backorded at the mfg and will ship in 2-3 week thats misleading. Its been 4 weeks now still have not received anything not even an update but they do ask for a review! BUYERS BEWARE PURCHASE ALL YOUR SUPPLIES LOCALLY at least you can speak to someone face to face. Goodthing for me consumer protection at my bank will get me my money back immediately no dispute I was mislead and still gave it more than enough time to ship.

This was my first purchase at Cyberweld--a welding screen, several pairs of gloves, a welding jacket. They seem to have a good selection with fair prices--I wasn't familiar with some of the brands carried, but the items seemed fine, equal in quality to the brands I have used before. I did read some negative reviews concerning shipping delays and out-of-stock items, but I did not experience that--everything I ordered was in stock and shipped in a reasonable time frame. I will look, and probably purchase here again--a positive experience.
