I've ordered numerous parts from IPD for my fleet of Volvo's. Always easy with 'My Garage' on their site.

The caliper came in a few days, not the weeks I was prepared for.

Wrong part recommend and shipped. No big deal but the Volvo is not used daily .

My recent buying experience with IPD was excellent, but it always has been. I started buying parts for my 1965 122S from IPD about twenty years ago. The 122S is gone now, but I currently buy IPD parts for my 1967 P1800 and my 2004 XC70. IPD's parts and service have consistently been excellent throughout that time.

I ordered a radiator and some oil cooler line clips, the radiator had almost no packing material inside of the box to keep it stable. The radiator was very slightly damaged, the clips I ordered however had more than enough packing in them and thus could have been used in the radiator box instead.

I found the struts I needed, placed my order, and received my items in reasonable time. Have not installed yet though.

I purchased IPD's stainless steal exhaust system for my 1993 Volvo 240 sedan. The length of the system was perfect but the connections were not all that great. The diameters of each connection are not at all snug, too much play. I actually had to add exhaust tape at the muffler/tailpipe connection in order to get it to stay in place and not leak. The tailpipe actually elongated from extreme tightening and still wasn't secure enough to keep the tailpipe up in place until the tape was added. I also had to crank down heavily on two other clamps in order to get a satisfactory seal. On a good note it's in and should last forever. Sounds good as well. Nice clamps.
