The valve cover gasket I received Broke when I was dry fitting it. Seems like the material is the same as the chewing gum from an old pack of baseball cards.Ridiculous.

The parts I required were not all in stock at the time of my order. IPD backordered the extra part and kept me informed with regular updates until I recieved my order. I am happy with the service that was provided to me.

The air filters I ordered for my old 1968 Volvo arrived within the time specified and in good shape, although without the set of bolts for each filter. These bolts are noted on the invoice as, "This item is a component of kit 110640." The air filters are designated as kit 110640. Also noted was, ("Total may include items or services included in other shipments.") When I called to ask if the bolts were to be shipped separately, I was advised that they were not included as part of the air filter kit. Who am I to believe: the rep with whom I talked or the person who prepared the invoice?.

I needed a tail light circuit board for my 240. The part was out of stock when I ordered but was restocked within a couple days and I had the part within a week of first placing the order! When the part came in it was a perfect match for the factory part. Couldn’t beat the price of it anywhere else either. Will definitely continue to order parts I need from IPD and will recommend them to anyone who owns a Volvo!
