Had to give 1 star because it wouldn't let me choose anything less. Had my hair for 8 weeks and within the first day they stated knotting up into a big ball and difficult to get a brush through. I have to brush the hair every 2p minutes to make sure it doesn't knot to the point of no return. Week 6 I realised the colour had changed, mentioned to my hairdresser who told me to write to foxy which I did. Foxy hair won't take any responsibility, hiding behind the excuse of needing to use their products but that doesn't make any difference to the fact that the quality is awful and the hair knots easily even from the moment they were placed into my hair. I sent hair to them as requested and they sent it back dismissing my complaint. I am now stuck with hair I cannot use, money wasted and a wedding in 2 months. Worst hair and experience I have ever had and I've had ebay hair that lasted over a year, no specific products needed. I'm 100% certain this is not real hair! Edit to reply: If you sell hair extentions and guarantee a certain time WITH your own personal aftercare then these products should be included in the package. Not a "if you don't pay the extra then expect your £200 hair you bought to not last 5 minutes" that's a disgusting attitude to have. So many complaints on here the same and yet you always reply with the same stubborn answers. You sell extentions, you should supply the aftercare, if nothing else is good enough other than your own products then you shouldn't be taking money unless people pay for the products. If i spend a lot of money I expect them to last without having to fork out MORE money and regardless of if I did use the products it wouldn't have made the slightest bit of difference on the knotting of the hair because that started the moment they were in my hair so no products were used, no heat and they hadn't been washed this was from out of the packet so not a fault of poor product use. The quality of the hair is appauling and as I said I'm convinced it's not 100% human hair. Absolute fraud of a company. As I said above, I've had ebay hair costing more than half the amount of these and I used all my own products, I didn't have to once brush them after a pitiful 10 minutes to stop knotting, I didn't have any issues with discolouration and they last over a year! I looked after these more than I did my ebay ones and yet these are so much worse after just a few weeks. The amount of unhappy customers you have and yet you do nothing but make excuses. Just sad really.

Received a parcel from Foxy (I’ve used several times always been amazing hair) the colour did not match as I didn’t do a tester. I sent back, however to the wrong address, I called Foxy and they answered the phone immediately and explained I had nothing to worry about and they would inform me when received. They emailed me this morning to confirm receipt and to tell me they had done the refund immediately. More of a review around their amazing customer service, but I’ve had 3 orders from here and the hair had lasted 5/9 months on each client. Thank you so much, very happy customer :)

These extensions are the best I’ve used in at least ten years really lovely quality . The texture shine and thickness are great. Even after many washes they keep the same look as new. Left just dried they have a lovely natural wave so many options to choose when styling.

Great colour and customer service

I received my extensions which arrived and some of them had bits of thread rather than hair in, also the plastic tops of them were very uneven in length so needed cutting when applying to the hair.

I had never used the extensions. I called first to check and ask about them. The team there, in particular a girl I spoke to was very helpful. The extensions are very good and easy to apply. Thank you

Recieved my hair (20” #60 stick tip) , it feels amazing and will be having it put in soon. I spoke to an advisor on the online chat regarding a query I had and they responded to me straight away and everything was sorted immediately. Would definitely buy again.

I sent a picture of my hair and Paige at Foxy matched it perfectly! I have always bought Foxy hair as the Italian keratin they use is the only glue that doesn’t go soft in my hair. Good hair too.

This hair feels like it has a coating on I'm a hairdresser and install extensions and the hair sits very separate, it's good budget for someone that doesn't really care about how it sits but It sits like spaghetti hair and it sits in chunks, colours are nice but the hair does not flow correctly like normal hair in comparison to beauty works hair

Bought 3 packs of 22” hair extensions recently and booked an appointment to have them fitted by my hairdresser as I usually do. Arrived at the hairdressers and opened the package to find a little note inside with the hair saying they must all be retaped prior to application due to hair being in storage during the pandemic. My hairdresser did not have time to retape three packs of extensions at my appointment and I couldn’t then have them fitted that day! I work 60+ hours a week in the NHS getting my hair done is absolutely supposed to be a treat but instead I’ve wasted an entire day off and been unable to get my hair done because foxy extensions are too lazy to actually tape their own products. Imagine charging full price for extensions that have faulty tapes and as a company you have been too lazy to retape them yourselves! With no prior warning to customers it’s absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse I didn’t even receive enough tapes to retape all of the hair extensions so laughable customer service really. If you want decent hair extensions that you won’t have to tape yourself and ultimately fork out for tape tabs on top of the hair go with beauty works.
