Best hair iv ever used !!

I Go to foxy all the time for my hair, and I’m very disappointed in it this time, it’s shedding it feels thin.. I have thick hair so I get 200strands, I’ve just had a baby and I got this hair to make me feel better because lve been through a rough year, I always go here because the hair is normally lovely bouncy and thick this time it’s thin shedding and dry I use all the aftercare products I’m very disappointed in it this time I’ve been using it without 1 complaint since I was 16 aswell

Very pleased with prompt delivery easy to order

Absolutely awful. The tape extensions do NOT stay in your hair longer than 24hours. As soon as I applied them I realised the tape was not strong enough and did not stick together. When I washed my hair they all fell out into my hands. I contacted customer service who told me I had applied them wrong. I have been fitting hair extensions for 10 years and have never experienced such awful tape extensions. I was then sent a link by customer services to spend £17 more to buy extra strips of tape as the first ones did not work.

Ordered some flat tip hair extensions in colour 350 delivery arrived next day super fast very impressed with quality of hair although it’s still to be fitted by my hairdresser. First time I’ve ordered of foxy extensions but think I will definitely be ordering again when I need new extensions. Hair looks thick from root to tip thank you

I’ve tried so many different hair suppliers for my clients including the bigger brands and non can match the quality with foxy. On the one accession that a customer had an issue they were so helpful in resolving. I can’t recommend this company enough the price, quality and service is outstanding!

The quality of the hair falls short compared to other companies. With other brands I can keep having the hair refitted and used for up to a year. I will not be able to have foxy hair refitted. When you speak to foxy customer services they seem to think it acceptable that after blow drying the hair you should have to straighten the hair? As we know that is heat damage and will shorten the life expectancy of the hair, I’m not saying you can’t straighten the hair but it shouldn’t be something you have to do every time. The hair was vey dry from the first wash and when you brush it (with a tangle teaser) you get excessive breakage to which customer service will tell you to buy their shampoo and conditioner and this will miraculously stop 🧐 It’s a shame really as I had high hopes, perhaps it was a bad batch however I’ll not find out as I won’t be using again.

I cannot go a day without extensions! When lockdown hit, it hit me hard! I luckily have family who are able to do my extensions, I did my research and saw all the generic brands like beauty works etc, all with crappy reviews, but foxy hair is A DREAM!!! Thanks to all of you lovely trusty trustpilots, I’m a regular user of their tapes now, amazing quality hair that is so thick and healthy!

The Russian hair is great quality; silky soft and thick without needing to be trimmed at the ends. I spoke to Simon who kindly amended my order before shipping after I accidentally purchased the wrong product.
